    Phase One: Custom Home Consultation
    Prior to project initiation, STS Development will provide you a private consultation session to assess your needs and determine a project plan and budget. This planning process insures a thorough understanding of your unique set of priorities and individual preferences.

    Phase Two: Custom Home Preliminary Drawings
    Following an initial consultation, a site job walk is conducted with the client in order for the contractor and architect to gain a better understanding of the scope of the project and prepare the preliminary custom home construction drawings .

    Phase Three: Custom Home Preliminary Estimate
    We will conduct a number of site job walks with our various subcontractors to refine pricing on specific areas of work. We will then prepare a preliminary estimate based on: preliminary drawings, previous consultations and the subcontractor job walks.  This preliminary pricing phase provides a reasonable forecast of what overall construction costs will be, and allows you to refine the project scope before construction project drawings are finalized.

    Phase Four: Custom Home Construction Contract
    We prepare the final custom home construction contract, including a detailed project outline and construction schedule. Once satisfied, the contract is signed by both parties, and the work begins.
